Kids in the Kitchen

Decreasing the prevalence of childhood obesity is one of XXX strategic priorities. To help accomplish our ministry's goal, XXX, United Supermarkets, and Junior League of Lubbock partner to offer "Kids in the Kitchen." This event aims to educate our communities’ children in making healthy eating choices, staying fit, and increasing pediatric heart health. In addition, special activities invite children to understand the benefits of being healthy in body, mind, and spirit. Below are some of the projects details from 2009.
